Marcio Cracel is an Associate Attorney at Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, where he represents individuals and families in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, equitable distribution, Protection from Abuse proceedings, and related domestic relations matters.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 2021 and his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2025. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Delaware County Bar Association.

Before joining Keller, Lisgar & Williams, Marcio gained practical experience in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation while working at Salvado Law in Maryland. He later served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rachel Ezzell Berry of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. During his clerkship, Marcio conducted legal research, drafted judicial opinions and orders, and assisted the Court with complex family law matters. His experience in chambers provided him with valuable insight into how family law cases are presented, evaluated, and decided at the trial court level, a perspective he now brings to his representation of clients.

The son of Peruvian and Brazilian parents, Marcio understands the importance of clear, accessible communication and the challenges that can arise when navigating the legal system across different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese, he is particularly committed to making legal representation accessible to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking individuals and families throughout Chester County, Delaware County, and the surrounding communities.

Drawing on his experience in both private practice and the judiciary, Marcio takes a practical, thoughtful, and client-focused approach to representation.
