Traffic Citations

Traffic Citations

In PA, traffic citations are summary offenses. Some citations carry points, which may increase your insurance premiums for years. If you receive too many points, you may be ordered to attend a departmental hearing where your license could be revoked.

Most people do not realize that they can fight traffic citations. Instead of hiring a lawyer for a minimal one time fee, they end up paying fines and other high costs associated with the citation. In some instances, they pay an insurance surcharge for years.

Our office has extensive experience dealing with police officers and state troopers who issue traffic citations.

If you or someone you care about has received a traffic citation, contact our office today for your free consultation.
