Another NOT GUILTY verdict for criminal defense attorney Robert C. Keller DRUG CHARGES

The defendant was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Conspiracy. After a two day trial before THE HONORABLE GREGORY M. MALLON of Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in March of 2013, the defendant was found NOT GUILTY on all charges. He was represented by Robert C. Keller. Mr. Keller is the President of the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

DRUG CHARGES DISMISSED due to Illegal search by police

The defendant was sleeping on his friend’s couch when he was awoken by police. They were executing a valid search warrant issued for his friend’s home. The police then handcuffed and searched the defendant. They found a glass bottle that contained drugs on his person. He was charged with drug possession and intent to deliver. Robert C.
