The defendant was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Conspiracy. After a two day trial before THE HONORABLE GREGORY M. MALLON of Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in March of 2013, the defendant was found NOT GUILTY on all charges.
