ALL CHARGES DISMISSED at the Preliminary Hearing

On May 2, 2013, attorney Robert C. Keller was successful in having the charges of terroristic threats and harassment dismissed at the PRELIMINARY HEARING. The matter was argued and tried before THE HONORABLE RICHARD M. CAPPELLI. Mr. Keller successfully argued that the Commonwealth failed to present a prima facie case against the defendant. Another NOT GUILTY verdict for criminal defense attorney Robert C. Keller DRUG CHARGES

The defendant was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Conspiracy. After a two day trial before THE HONORABLE GREGORY M. MALLON of Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in March of 2013, the defendant was found NOT GUILTY on all charges. He was represented by Robert C. Keller. Mr. Keller is the President of the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

The defendant was sleeping on his friend’s couch when he was awoken by police. They were executing a valid search warrant issued for his friend’s home. The police then handcuffed and searched the defendant. They found a glass bottle that contained drugs on his person. He was charged with drug possession and intent to deliver. Robert C. A Bucks County jury finds the defendant “Not Guilty” of simple assault, neglect, and reckless endangerment

The defendant was charged with simple assault, neglect, and recklessly endangering another person while performing her duties at work. She plead her innocence and hired Robert C. Keller to represent her at time of trial. Mr. Keller’s zealous representation resulted in her acquittal. The Bucks County jury found her “not guilty” on all charges, in less than one hour of deliberating.
