Background / History

After achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University in 1989, Michael went on to attend Widener University School of Law, from which he graduated in 1992, achieving a Juris Doctor degree.

Michael S. Schwartz has 15 years experience as a bankruptcy attorney. He is able to assist clients by using the bankruptcy laws to stop creditor harassment, foreclosure, tax sale, repossession, judgments and garnishments. He knows how to obtain maximum debt relief for his clients while relieving them of significant debt from student loans, mortgages, medical bills, credit card bills and legal judgments.

Michael is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Delaware County Bar Association. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the State Courts of New Jersey in 1992.
